Nestled amidst the scenic beauty of Boisar, Rajwada resort emerged from the concept of adaptive reuse, transforming an industrial space into a destination wedding venue. Responding to the client’s vision, the design incorporated a Rajasthani theme seamlessly into the design. The lofty industrial ceilings not only doubled the venue’s capacity but also reflected the rich familial traditions. This was achieved by outfitting each room with a mezzanine level, optimising space and accommodating a kids sleeping area. Leveraging the surroundings, the landscape design was tailored to facilitate wedding festivities, while strategically positioning fenestrations and balconies to frame the picturesque surrounding, enhancing the overall experience.
