RSET is a junior and degree college project designed to create a progressive learning environment beyond conventional classrooms. The project integrates co-learning and leisure spaces as an essential part of the academic framework, enabling students to learn, interact, and relax in informal settings. As expressed in the façade, the building breaks the monotony of a typical institutional block through recessed volumes and layered openings that accommodate green-covered terraces and shared learning pockets across multiple levels. These intentional breaks introduce natural light, ventilation, and greenery, strengthening the connection between learning and well-being. A bold structural frame defines the elevation and clearly articulates the academic rhythm within. On the whole, the project enhances the learning experience by combining formal classrooms with flexible, green co-learning spaces that support collaboration, leisure, and holistic development.
