The architecture adopts simple plastered walls and sloping terracotta-tiled roofs, reflecting a vernacular character that conveys warmth and domestic familiarity. Wide walkways, stepped plinths, and open transitional spaces ensure accessibility and ease of movement for elderly residents. Landscaped lawns and soft green buffers enhance visual calmness, natural ventilation, and microclimatic comfort.
