The project is a landscape-led architectural precinct where low-rise curvilinear brick forms define space and movement. Arches and a central domed pavilion act as key thresholds and visual anchors, while a continuous pedestrian spine of ramps, curved paths, and stepped terraces structures circulation. Landscape is integral to the design, using subtle grading, amphitheatre seating, and shaded planting to support climate comfort and social use. Unified materiality and geometry across architecture and landscape create a coherent, human-scaled civic environment that emphasizes procession, pause, and interaction.
